The Problem and The Solution:

Throughout the world, greenhouse gas emissions are causing people in both cities and villages to suffer as temperatures rise and living conditions deteriorate. To help combat this, SkyVault Shingles has developed a roofing design that utilizes the Sabatier Reaction, coined by Paul Sabatier, to convert greenhouse gases such as carbon dioxide into usable and clean energy. This reaction combines carbon dioxide and hydrogen to produce methane and water. The methane is then converted into electricity using a Solid Oxide Fuel Cell. The energy generated from these shingles can power an entire home throughout the day. This approach will help reduce greenhouse gases efficiently while also making homes more energy-efficient.
